Since the closure of the Communications and IT Association (CITA) the data cabling industry has not had a forum for technical issues. However, with the birth of TIA-B, this is changing. Mike Gilmore, Technical Director of the FIA, is the friving force behind TIA-B and is hosting the associated web pages on the FIA website. The ECA are co-hosting TIA-B and another major industry association will soon be annouced as the thrid sponsor. Watch this space.
